Turbomindz — Everything Creative
The Witnessed Marketplace

How trading works.

Collector to collector, in the open. Five steps, two rules, no fine print.

The five steps

  1. step 1

    Hold it

A scene is yours when the chain says so. Link the wallet that holds it and the site knows — no forms, nobody to wait on.

  2. step 2

    Agree anywhere

Talk price in a thread, on the scene's page, in a message — wherever suits you both. Nothing is binding yet; it's a conversation.

  3. step 3

    Witness it on the Marketplace

The seller names the price and the buyer, then clicks Make it official. A public record opens in the Marketplace room. That is the moment the deal exists.

  4. step 4

    Settle on OpenSea

The seller lists the exact scene at the agreed price, reserved for the buyer's wallet. The buyer completes the purchase there. We never touch the money.

  5. step 5

    Recorded forever

The indexer sees the sale on Polygon and closes the record — on the scene's page, on both members' trade records, in the thread itself.

Hold it → agree anywhere → witness it → settle on OpenSea → recorded forever.

The two rules

Rule one

No deal exists until it's witnessed.

A price agreed in a message is a conversation. A price witnessed on the Marketplace is a deal. If it isn't on the public record, it didn't happen here — which is exactly what protects both of you when memories differ.

Rule two

Turbomindz runs the venue, not the escrow.

We never hold funds, never sign transactions, never take custody of a scene. OpenSea settles the sale, Polygon remembers it, and we keep the record honest. Your wallet stays yours the whole way through.

Rather name a price and let the buyer come to you? That's a listing — post a scene once and it sits on the public grid until a Witness takes it. Same rails either way: the sale settles on OpenSea, and Turbomindz runs the venue, not the escrow.

What if…

The sale doesn't match the agreed price?
The record stays open and says so, in public. Nothing is accepted silently — the deal closes at the agreed price to the agreed buyer, or not at all.
Nobody settles?
A witnessed deal has a 14-day window. When it passes, the record reads "expired without settlement" and either party can open a new one.
Someone changes their mind?
Either party can cancel before settlement. The record stays — the record is the record.
The scene is married to a physical artwork?
Then list the bundle on the marketplace grid instead of opening a witnessed deal on a digital-only scene. The sale still settles on OpenSea; the artwork ships under the marriage rules.
