Not here — this queue is for community and collection questions. Your project page's chat reaches your PM directly, /agency/contact reaches Hugo within one business day, and the phone number on that page rings a human. Stale proposal or approval link? Reply to the email that carried it and a fresh one comes back.
How do I subscribe to the Field Journal?
Go to turbomindz.com/newsletter, enter your email, and submit. You'll get a welcome email right away, then the Field Journal each week — published Sunday on the site, emailed Monday.
How do I unsubscribe?
Every Field Journal email has an unsubscribe link in the footer. Or email Turbomindz@turbomindz.com and we'll remove you within 24 hours.
How do I buy an Inception or Off the Map NFT?
Browse turbomindz.com/gallery, open any scene, and use its Buy button — that takes you to the NFT's OpenSea listing to complete the purchase. Inception scenes list at 0.011 WETH (≈ 209 POL · ≈ $26); Off the Map at 0.015 WETH (≈ 285 POL · ≈ $36). OpenSea on Polygon prices in WETH and can swap your POL to WETH at checkout. New to wallets? I lost access to my wallet. Can you help recover my NFT?
No — and please be cautious of anyone who says they can. Wallet keys are entirely under your control; we never see them. If you used an embedded wallet via thirdweb (email or Google sign-in), check your thirdweb account recovery options. For self-custody wallets (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, etc.), only your seed phrase can recover access.
What is the marriage system?
It's open, and applying is free. You pair a physical artwork you own with one of your TURBOMINDZ NFTs: submit 3–8 photos, the title, medium, dimensions and a short statement on why the two belong together. A person reviews every application, normally within 7–14 days, and may ask for more evidence. On approval the evidence pins to IPFS and the bond is recorded on-chain, with both pieces visible together — treat the pairing as permanent. Only married pairs can be listed on the marketplace. Apply at /marriage/submit; what qualifies is set out in the Community, Marriage & Marketplace Rules.
Will there be an iOS / Android app?
Yes — both are planned for a later release. They'll let you browse the collection, view your holdings, read lore, and follow the forum, but mint and purchase will continue to happen on the web.
How do I report a bug?
Email Turbomindz@turbomindz.com with the URL, the device + browser you used, what you expected, and what happened. Screenshots help. We triage daily.
How do I request data export or deletion?
Email Turbomindz@turbomindz.com from the address you signed up with. We'll respond within 14 days with either the data export (JSON) or confirmation that your records have been deleted from our database. On-chain NFT ownership and Polygonscan transactions cannot be deleted (public blockchain).
Is there a fee to apply for marriage?
No. Applying is free, so there is nothing to refund — including if we decline your application. If a fee is ever introduced, it will be stated on /marriage and in the Terms before it applies to anyone.
I think my NFT image isn't loading correctly.
The image lives on IPFS via Pinata. If a gateway is slow, try a different gateway (e.g., gateway.ipfs.io/ipfs/<cid> or ipfs.io/ipfs/<cid>). If the issue persists, email us with the token ID.
