The problem
The studio had opinions and nowhere to put them. Search engines and AI assistants had nothing to quote, so the only way anyone found the site was a direct link from somebody who already knew about it.
What we did
- Wrote long-form posts on art, philosophy and collecting, in the studio's own voice rather than in search-engine filler.
- Made original hero and inline artwork for each post, using the same characters as everything else.
- Gave each post its structured data, its share card and a place in pillar, category, theme and character indexes.
- Built the whole thing off the content folder, so writing a post is writing a file rather than filling in a form.
What shipped
- The Journal is live, indexed, and every post carries its own artwork and share card.
- Posts are reachable by pillar, category, theme, universe and character, and each of those index pages is in the sitemap.
- Every post is in the sitemap with its own last-modified date, taken from the file rather than from the build.
