Logo & Brand Identity
The Turbomindz brand system
A mark, four characters, a colour and type system, and written rules that keep a website, a newsletter and two collections looking like one studio.
- Made for
- Turbomindz — our own work
- Shipped

The problem
The studio had a name and no way to look like the same thing twice. Every page, post and render was a fresh decision made under time pressure, so nothing accumulated into recognition — and six months of output looked like six different companies.
What we did
- Drew the mark and the wordmark, then the four characters who carry the voice.
- Set the palette and the type scale as design tokens, so a colour has exactly one definition and every surface reads it from there.
- Wrote the rules down: what each character signs, what the footer says, which words the brand does not use.
- Built the tokens into the site stylesheet and added a check that fails the build when a page hardcodes a colour instead.
What shipped
- The mark, the palette and the type scale render on every page of turbomindz.com.
- Four character references are published and reused across both collections, the Journal and the newsletter.
- The rules are a file the build reads, not something somebody has to remember.
