Cosmo and Stella stand beside the boulder; Nova perches on top. Cosmo decides the boulder is the still thing — the one part of the forest that does nothing. He leans on it, restful. Then he notices the moss climbing it, the ferns rooted in its cracks, the slow lichen map across its face. The boulder isn't outside the process. It is the slowest dancer in it. Even what seems perfectly still is, on a long enough clock, quietly becoming. 💡 THE INSIGHT: Nothing is truly motionless — some things just change on a slower clock than your patience.
