Cosmo holds up a glowing golden coin while Nova, Stella and Luna stand on the seam between two versions of the same cathedral: one lush and gilded, one decayed and grey. Cosmo assumes the gold side is luck and the grey side is misfortune. He turns the coin over, searching for the lucky face. Both faces are the same. The coin was never about luck. The two cathedrals are one building, shown twice — once tended, once neglected. The difference between the gold and the grey was never fate. It was attention, spent or withheld, day after quiet day. 💡 THE INSIGHT: The same thing flourishes or crumbles depending only on whether it is tended.
