"I do not wish women to have power over men; but over themselves." — Mary Wollstonecraft (d. 1797) 🔮 THE PLOT TWIST: INT. DECAYING PINK ROCOCO BEDROOM — CHERUB CEILING, NEWSPAPERS EVERYWHERE. Cosmo sits amid a crumbling palace bedroom, the floor a drift of old newspapers, painted cherubs flaking overhead. A punk Nova hovers near the canopy bed with one enormous black-and-pink feathered wing. Cosmo reads the decay as defeat — the gilded room is finished, fallen. But Nova is not mourning the wallpaper. The wing is the point. When the inherited, gilded, decorative room finally crumbles, what's left standing is whoever grew their own wing. Power over a fancy room is luck. Power over yourself is the only thing the ruin cannot take. 💡 THE INSIGHT: When borrowed splendour falls apart, the only thing still standing is what you built in yourself. 📐 THE EQUATION: A crumbling gilded room - inherited polish = the self-made wing you actually own. 🚀 Cosmo (amid the newspapers): "This whole fancy room is falling down.
